Privacy notice

Last updated November 4, 2026

This notice explains how Prax LLC (“Prax,” “we,” or “us”) handles information shared through this website.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number, company, and sector if you choose to share them.

When you apply for a role, we receive your name and email address, plus your phone number, LinkedIn address, a note, and your résumé if you include them. Résumés must be PDF or Word files of up to 5 MB.

Where it’s kept

Both forms send your details to our website host, Cloudflare. We keep them in a private database there, and résumés in private file storage there, which only the founders can open after signing in. An email letting us know you wrote goes to our inbox at connect@praxagency.com, hosted by Google Workspace. For an inquiry, that email includes your message. For an application, it includes your contact details and note, but not your résumé. Cloudflare also keeps routine delivery records for those emails, such as when each was sent. To limit repeated submissions, the forms briefly count requests from each IP address. If the inquiry form can’t send, it offers to open your own email app with the same message instead.

How long we keep it

We delete applications, résumés and inquiries 12 months after they arrive. The exception is when we’re still considering you for a role, or still working with you: then a founder marks your details to keep, and we delete them once that ends. Emails in our inbox follow our normal email practices. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

How we use it

We use these details to reply to you and, if you’re hiring or exploring a career move, to discuss recruiting opportunities with you. We don’t sell your information.

Cookies and browser storage

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read, but only if you choose Accept in the cookie prompt. If you decline or don’t choose, Google Analytics doesn’t load and sets no cookies. We don’t use advertising tools, and we’ve turned off Google’s advertising features in Google Analytics.

If you accept, Google sets cookies named _ga and _ga_DYSKQ83H7X, which last up to two years, and receives details such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, and your general location, along with your IP address as part of the connection. Google handles that information under its privacy policy.

Your browser saves your choice in one small entry, called prax-analytics-consent, so we don’t ask again. It stays on your device and isn’t sent to us. The site’s fonts and images load from this site, not from outside services.

Website hosting

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.

Your choices
